CFDI Cyber Framework for Defence Industry
The Cyber Framework for Defence Industry (CFDI) is a standardised approach to cyber maturity assessment and improvement for Australian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who want to work in the defence industry. The CFDI was developed by BAE Systems Australia, Saab Australia, and industry partners to simplify and help address the growing cyber risk facing SMEs.
CFDI is a leading indicator providing guidance to SMEs on how they can improve their cyber maturity. CFDI is not a certification. It does not replace formal certifications, however does recognise these as evidence of maturity. The CFDI website is managed by BAE Systems Australia on behalf of participating Primes whom use CFDI in their supplier assessment and share the common goal of raising cyber maturity within the defence industry.
CFDI use is free and information shared here is non-persistent. At the end of the questionnaire, SMEs can download responses for internal use or send to a participating Prime. Information entered is deleted at the end of the session when you close the page or when the session time expires. Please remember to download your answers at the end of the questions.
